New or returning, everyone’s welcome at the Girls on the Run 5K!

Whether this is your first Girls on the Run 5K or you’re excited to return, you’re in for something truly special. This event is so much more than a race—it’s a joyful celebration of the girls who have spent ten weeks building confidence, friendships, and healthy habits through the Girls on the Run program.

On 5K day, the energy is contagious. You’ll see girls dancing to upbeat music, getting their hair “happied” and faces decorated with fun tattoos, and gathering hand-in-hand with their teammates as they make their way to the starting line. Smiles, cheers, and high-fives fill the air.

Our 5K is a non-competitive, all-are-welcome event—perfect for walkers, joggers, runners, families, and supporters of every pace and experience level.
